abstraktujuan watchfulness studies seed use kelor as koagulan natural to demote liquid waste pollution level knows, with determine seed powder dose kelor and time will live that be used in process koagulasi liquid waste will know. this watchfulness is supposed can give benefit in decrease environment pollution that caused by liquid waste knows with give alternative waste processing according to koagulasi by using seed powder kelor. watchfulness method that used method experimental with effort plan. effort plan that used that is group random plan (rack) that is composed factorially with 2 factors, that is factor a (seed powder dose kelor that add)ed that consist of 3 level (8% b/v, 10% b/v, 12 % b/vl) and factor b (time live)s that consist fari 2 level (2 and 3 clock)s. from second factor got 6 treatment combinations, and each treatment is done repetition as much as 3 times. based on watchfulness result and calculation, got that seed powder increasing treatment kelor as much as 12 % b/v and time lives during 3 clocks, be best treatment. in treatment can demote value bod be 191,67 mg/l, demote value tss be 81,57 mg/l and increase value do be 4,28 mg/l, temporary value ph be 3,87
